Arnold Nipper Profile & Artworks

Arnold Nipper lives in Utju or Areyonga and is a regular visitor to Uluru where he has important ancestral connections. His father, Nipper Winmati was an important custodian and spokesperson in the handback of Uluru in 1985. His mother, Barbara Tjikatu, OAM is still based at Mutitjulu where she has played an important role as a Board Member and consultant with the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park and tireless spokesperson for her people. Arnold also paints with Walkatjara Arts where he is developing a unique style combining dot painting and figurative forms.
