Nita Williamson is minyma Anangu, a Pitjantjatjara Aboriginal woman from community of Amata on the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Lands of northern South Australia. She was a talented painter with Tjala Arts but has been living in Mutitjulu since the passing of her mother in 2014. She now paints with Walkatjara Arts and can often be found working in their gallery at the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park Cultural Centre. She also works with Maruku Arts, painting in their market stall in Yulara.
